Ordering
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and Canada. We don't ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 1-2 business days. After that:
- US delivery: 5-12 business days
- Canada delivery: 7-15 business days
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $49 to US and Canada. Under $49, a flat $6.95 fee applies.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 4 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters our fulfillment queue and follows standard return rules.

Are your lunchboxes BPA-free?
Yes. Our products are sourced from food-grade materials free of BPA, BPS, lead, and phthalates per supplier specifications.
Are they dishwasher-safe?
Yes - top rack recommended. For best long-term finish, hand-wash with a soft sponge.
Will the seal break over time?
Our seals are platinum-cured silicone, designed for years of use. If yours shows signs of wear, contact us for replacement parts.
Are they leak-proof?
Yes for solid foods, yogurts, sauces, and most thicker liquids. Avoid filling fully with thin liquids (broth, soup) for transport.
Returns & warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our full return policy for details.
What's covered by the 1-year warranty?
Manufacturing defects - structural failures like cracking, broken hinges, or seal failure due to materials or workmanship within 12 months. Wear from daily use isn't a defect.
What if my package never arrived?
Email us with your order number. For confirmed lost packages, we ship a replacement or refund.
Account & payment
Do I need to create an account?
No - guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout uses HTTPS encryption and is powered by Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant processors.
