Welcome

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boxplanet.store (the "Site") and your purchases from BoxPlanet ("we", "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information for orders, billing, and shipping.

Products & pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the final price.
  • Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur due to manufacturing.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors before shipping.
  • Specifications (dimensions, capacity, etc.) are provided per supplier data and may vary by ±5%.

Materials & safety

Our products are sourced from food-grade materials selected to be free of BPA, BPS, lead, and phthalates per supplier specifications. We make no independent laboratory testing claims and provide product information as supplied by manufacturers. Use products as intended (food storage, lunch carry). Inspect products before each use; discontinue use if damaged.

Orders & shipping

  • Orders are confirmed by email after payment is processed.
  • We ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.
  • Shipping times: 5-12 business days within the US, 7-15 within Canada.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • 30-day return window for unused items.
  • Defective items: replacement at no cost.
  • 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is required at checkout. Orders aren't shipped until payment is fully authorized. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be disputed.

User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt the Site (hacking, scraping, DDoS).
  • Resell our products commercially without written authorization.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Infringe our or third-party intellectual property.

Intellectual property

All Site content - text, graphics, logos, images, the BoxPlanet name and brand - is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use without written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in our warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive class-action rights to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
