Refund Policy

TL;DR: 30 days to return. Damaged or wrong items — full replacement, no return needed. Changed your mind — refund tier depends on order value (see table below).

30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or refund request. After 30 days, items are not eligible.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  1. Email hello@boxplanet.store within 30 days with a photo and your order number.
  2. We approve the case within 1 business day.
  3. We ship a replacement at no cost — or refund — your choice.
  4. You don't need to return the original item.

Changed your mind

For unopened items in original condition, our return policy depends on your order value:

Under $30 Full refund Keep the item — no return needed.
$30 to $99 Full refund + free return shipping We email you a prepaid return label.
$100 and up Full refund You cover return shipping back to us.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Not eligible

  • Used items showing food contact, wear, or damage
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items marked "final sale" or "clearance" at purchase
  • Gift cards and downloadable products
  • Items damaged by misuse (drops, dishwasher abuse, exposure to extreme heat, etc.)

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@boxplanet.store with your order number and reason.
  2. We respond within 1 business day with next steps.
  3. For defective items, attach a photo.
  4. For returns, follow the instructions in our reply.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We process within 5 business days of approval (or receipt of returned item, when applicable).
  • Banks may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Late or missing refund? Check your bank account, contact your card company, then email us with your order number if still missing after 14 days.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first — we resolve issues quickly. Chargebacks initiated without first reaching out may be disputed with your bank, with all communications and tracking provided as evidence.
