Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email hello@boxplanet.store within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We ship a replacement at no cost — no return required.

Changed your mind

For unopened items in original condition, return rules depend on order value:

$30 - $99 Free return label, then refund
$100+ Customer ships back, then full refund

Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Items that aren't returnable

  • Used items showing signs of food contact or wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Final-sale or clearance items, where noted

Warranty

Every BoxPlanet product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a structural component fails — a cracked body, broken hinge, or seal failure — within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, cosmetic scratches, or damage from misuse (drops onto hard surfaces, dishwasher abuse, etc.). Keep your order confirmation email — it's your proof of purchase.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for a delivery photo in your tracking notification
  3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are scanned early
  4. If still missing after 24 hours, email hello@boxplanet.store with your order number

For confirmed lost packages, we ship a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, before they enter our fulfillment queue. Email hello@boxplanet.store with your order number as soon as possible. After 4 hours, the order is locked for shipping and follows standard return policies above.
